No, the submit button will be disabled if any ticket is submitted selecting 'Yes' in the drop down. Refer below screenshot.
The form will mention whose approval is needed. No need to mark production in the approval mail discussion. Just forward the final approval mail to us. Please ensure that necessary approval is taken and attach the screenshot of that email on the portal page. Refer below screenshot.
Note : If the ticket is submitted with wrong details or without relevant approvals, the ticket will not get processed and production team will close that issue. For getting it processed requester has to submit the new ticket again with all relevant approvals.
